libelfg0-dev software package provides an ELF object file access library: development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libelfg0-dev
libelfg0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libelfg0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libelfg0-dev *
You will get with libelfg0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
